2023: Gov. Sule’s Projects Will Speak for Him – Maifata

The Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) Nasarawa state chapter, Aminu Muazu Maifata has said the numerous projects executed by Gov. Abdullahi Sule will speak for him in the 2023 governorship election.

Maifata made this known in an exclusive interview with MoneyCentral in Toto local government, at the saidline of the Inauguration of APC campaign in Nasarawa state.

The Lafia local government chairman said going by the governor’s track record in the three years of his administration the people will overwhelmingly vote for him and other APC candidates come 2023.

While addressing the people, Gov. Abdullahi Sule re- assured of his continuous commitment to initiate more projects and programmes that would improve the standard of living of the people of the state, if re-elected as Governor in 2023.

The Governor said that he has done so much for the people of Toto and the state at large and promised to do more, if re-elected as Governor. According to him, “I have done my best and still doing my best in the area of education, health, agriculture, security, empowerment, employment, security, infrastructure among others.

“When I went for royal blessings at Ohimege palace, the royal father, HRH, Alhaji Usman Abdullahi has turbaned me with Sarki Yaki Opanda meaning Warrior of Opanda Kingdom for my security and peace efforts and bringing peace to Toto among other developmental strides.

“I want to assure you that I will do more, if given another mandate to be your Governor come 2023, ” he said.

Sule urged the people of the area not to allow people, who have forgotten them but only show up during election to mislead them. He also called on the people of Toto to support the Speaker of the state legislature, Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi to succeed at all times.

The governor appreciated stakeholders, youths and women for giving his administration maximum support to succeed. Also speaking, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, the National Chairman of APC, Sen. Tanko Al- Makura, ( APC- Nasarawa South) Mr John Mamman, the State APC chairman, Sen. Abubakar Sodangi, the Chairman, Gov.Sule/ Akabe Campaign Council, also urged the people of the area and the state to support the re-election bid of Gov. Sule come 2023.

They said that the people of the state would enjoy more dividends of democracy, if they returned Gov. Sule in 2023. They said the governor has performed well and is still performing in all sectors of the economy.

They also urged the people of the area and the state to vote for Sen. Ahmed Bola Tinubu, the APC Presidential candidate due to his pedigree and competence and other APC candidates in the 2023 general election.

Earlier, Mr Abdullahi  Aliyu Tasha, the Executive Chairman of Toto LGA and Chairman, APC, Toto LGA, Mr Shuaibu  Ahmed commended Gov. Abdullahi Sule for his efforts in developing the area and the state at large. They assured of their people’s readiness to vote Gov. Sule and all other APC candidates in 2023.
