Sovereign Trust Insurance has postponed its Annual General Meeting (AGM) earlier scheduled to hold on Thursday, the 22nd day of October, 2020.
The Postponement of the AGM became inevitable due to the curfew imposed by the Lagos State Government in response to the prevailing security situation in the state, according to the insurer.
“Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc. apologizes for any inconveniences arising from this postponement. A new date will be communicated soon,” the firm said in a filing to the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
