Okomu Oil Palm after-tax profit surged 113% to N60.33 billion in the 9-months period to September 2025 while the fast growing Crude Palm Oil (CPO) producer declared a N10 per share dividend for its shareholders.
Revenue rose 68% to N173.9 billion led by local oil palm and rubber sales of N154.86 billion, followed by export sales of N19 billion.
Meanwhile Okomu declared an interim Dividend of N10.00 per 50kobo ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax, which will be paid to shareholders on November 14, 2025.
Dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at October 31, 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Okomu Oil shares have a 1-year return of 227%, for a market capitalisaton of N972.98 billion ($648 million).
Okomu Oil Palm PLC develops oil palm plantations, mills palm oil, and processes palm kernels. The Company also develops rubber tree plantations.
