Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO) profit in the third quarter (Q3) of 2025 was dominated by subsidiary earnings in Nigeria, Ghana and Cote D’ivoire.
GTBank Nigeria recorded profit after tax of N506.62 billion, about 72% of GTCO’s profit after tax in the third quarter (Q3), 2025 period.
The next largest subsidiary by profit was the Ghana subsidiary, which recorded N99.6 billion in profit after tax. Next was GTBank Coted’ivoire with N44.46 bllion, and Sierra Leone at N21.8 billion.
GTBank Liberia and Gambia recorded after-tax Profits of N18.9 billion and N18.967 billion.
HabariPay growing fast
Habari Pay, the payments subsidiary of GTCO is growing fast and recorded a 47% surge in profit to N6.534 billion as at Q3, September 2025.
GTank U.K recorded profit after tax of N10.92 billion, while GTBank Kenya Group recorded profit of N9.030 billion.
