Niger Insurance Moves Board meeting to June 10

Niger Insurance Plc has written to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) to inform it, shareholders and other stakeholders of a revised Board meeting date.

The 221st Meeting of the Board of Directors previously scheduled to hold on June 8, 2020 has been moved to June 10, 2020.

According to Niger Insurance, this is to enable all Directors participate in the Meeting.

“Kindly be informed that the closed period earlier announced to commence on May 22, 2020 subsists and continues to run until twenty-four (24) hours after the financial statements approved at the meeting are filed with The Exchange,” the firm said in a statement signed by TOLG Nominees, the Company Secretary.
