The most influential Nigerian female on X (formerly Twitter) as at June 2025 is Florence “DJ Cuppy” Otedola.

She has been recognized as the most influential female handle on the platform, according to data firm StatiSense. She held the top position with 6.9 million followers. Her sister, Temi Otedola, is also recognized as influential, holding the fourth position with 3.56 million followers on X.

Florence, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, is a delight on the turntable. Her dexterity has earned her accolades as well as popularity across the continent of Africa and beyond.

DJ Cuppy in 2024 celebrated the triumph of her acting debut on the British sci-fi series “Supacell,” which topped Netflix’s global TV shows chart.

Temi Otedola her sister, is a renowned blogger, an aspiring designer, and a Nigerian actor. She studied Art History at University College London and the University of London.

Their father, Femi Otedola a Nigerian Corporate Titan is the Chairman of Geregu Power Plc and FirstHoldCo Plc, one of Nigeria’s biggest banks.
