A video has surfaced of the suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Betta Edu, over a messy disbursement scandal, allegedly sharing dollars in an envelope to her former staff as lunch money.
In the video, a lady identified as Vicky was seen showing some dollars in an envelope and appreciating Edu.
According to her, the said money for lunch was too much.
