Access Bank to Issue 5-Year Eurobonds, Appoints J.P.Morgan as Bookrunner

Nigeria’s largest bank by assets Access Bank is set to issue a 5-Year dollar (USD) denominated Eurobond and has assigned J.P Morgan as a bookrunner for the offer.

Other bookrunners mandated for the offer include Absa, Barclays and Standard Chartered Bank.

Chapel Hill Denham and Rand Merchant Bank have also been appointed as Financial Advisers and Joint Bookrunners on the offer.

The Bookrunners are to arrange a global investor call in addition to a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on September 11. 2021.

The 5-year fixed rate USD-denominated Senior Unsecured Note is to be issued under the Bank’s Global Medium Term Note Programme.
