Israel Strikes Access Roads to Fordow Nuclear Site Hit by US

Israel launched a fresh attack on Iran’s Fordow nuclear site to obstruct access routes, its military said.

It also struck targets including airports and an internal-security headquarters run by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Defense Minister Israel Katz said. Israel, he said, is acting with “unprecedented force.”

A list of targets struck in Iran this afternoon according to the IDF include:

1. Command centers and assets belonging to the IRGC and internal security forces

2. 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗷 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀- One of the IRGC’s central armed bases of power; responsible for enforcing Islamic law and reporting civilian violations to regime authorities

3. 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗼𝗿𝘇 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀 – Oversees security and military operations in the Tehran District

4. “𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗿-𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵” 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 – Tasked with defending Tehran from security threats

5. “𝗦𝗮𝘆𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗹-𝗦𝗵𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗮” 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀 – Responsible for homeland defense and the suppression of internal unrest

6. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀— Supervises personnel within the internal security wing and manages the monitoring and control of organizational information and media.

The Islamic Republic fired another missile against Israel on Monday, though its attacks appear to be waning.

Israel ratcheted up attacks on Iran even as Tehran vowed to retaliate against US strikes on its nuclear facilities over the weekend, fueling fears of a wider war in the Middle East.
