MTN Nigeria has announced it will pay an Interim Dividend of N5.60 per ordinary share to be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register as at the close of business on 16 August 2023.
The dividends are to be paid electronically to shareholders on 24 August 2023.
MTN Nigeria advised shareholders yet to complete the e-dividend registration to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
