A Manager Nkechi Ekeopara at one of the branches of mid-tier bank Stanbic IBTC is being accused of abuse towards subordinate staff as well as firing a worker in the bank that reports to her for no just reason.
Trending under #HorribleBossesAgain, many people on twitter vented their anger towards Ekeopara and Stanbic IBTC.
A sibling of the fired worker said :
“Dear @StanbicIBTC please tell me what my brother did and why his Manager Nkechi Ekeopara forced him to resign yesterday 29th June 2022? #HorribleBossesAgain.”
“Nkechi Ekeopara my brother worked with another manager when you were on Job rotation for 7 months and not for once did he receive a query! But the second you came back you started your frustrations again!!!”
