The Ukrainian delegation that has left for talks with Russia is already in Belarus, a source close to the negotiating process told Sputnik on Monday.
The meeting is expected to start on Monday morning, the source added.
The meeting place was changed at the request of the Ukrainian side, the source noted. Another source said that the Ukrainian delegation, which will consist of about five people, is still on its way to the site.
