Zichis Agro Allied Industries Plc Profit for the 9 months period that ended September 2025, surged 299% to N166.5 million. Revenue for the period rose by 122% to N464 million.
Zichis officially listed 600 million ordinary shares by introduction on the Growth Board of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), marking a major milestone in its corporate growth journey and Nigeria’s agribusiness capital market landscape.
The listing, which took effect on 20 January 2026, followed approvals from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and admission by the Nigerian Exchange, reflecting strong regulatory confidence in the Company’s governance framework, operational capacity, and long-term strategic direction.
Priced at ₦1.81 per share, the listing places the Company’s market valuation at approximately ₦1.19 billion. This valuation underscores investor confidence in Zichis Agro Allied Industries Plc’s fundamentals and its strategic role within Nigeria’s rapidly expanding agricultural value chain.
The transaction was led by Qualinvest Capital Limited as Lead Issuing House, with Anchoria Investment and Securities Limited acting as Lead Stockbroker, ensuring a seamless and transparent entry into the public equities market.
The Company is principally engaged in the cultivation of oil palm, processing of fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil for resale, Poultry and Fish farming, Animal Feed processing, Maize and vegetable farming, snail and animal husbandry and other agricultural produce.
The Company is located at Imegun Farm Settlement, Imegun village, Ijebu Itele, near Ijebu Ode Ogun State.
