The leader of a socio-economic group; Arewa Solidarity Group, Isa Muhammad, has commended the Kwara state government on its collaboration with the Hervest on Gender finance project.
Muhammad said that the initiative aimed at including 1000 women farmers, which according to him will alleviate poverty, especially among the women folks.
He said this while speaking to Money Central in an interview at the weekend.
Muhammad further said that another commendable project of the AbdulRasaq’s led administration is the construction of Gbugbu international market.
He did say that the market will give the market the right commercial patronage, considering the attendant economic multiplier effect its full operationalization will bring.
While speaking, he further explained that the construction of the market will further boost the economic activities of the state through the market which attracts international traders and investors from neighboring countries and all parts of Nigeria.
” When you have a proactive Governor, no stone is left unturned to ensure things run smoothly,” Muhammad said.
