An amalgamation of deregistered political parties, Kaduna State chapter, has endorsed the gubernatorial candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Sen. Uba Sani as their preferred candidate ahead of the forthcoming election slated for 18th of March, 2023.
According to the group, the endorsement comes with full support to deploy its team as canvassers, gate-keepers and anti-rigging squad to ensure that APC and its candidate; Uba Sani emerge victorious in the coming election.
While endorsing Uba Sani in Kaduna on Tuesday, he called on the people of Kaduna state to troop out in their numbers and cast their vote for Uba Sani.
Addressing a press conference, the leader of the group, Mohammed Sani Ahmed explained that the endorsement became important following the track records of the APC guber flag-bearer.
Ahmed described Uba Sani as a mentor whose mentorship has touched the lives of many young people across the country.
“In the 7 Local Government Areas that are made up of his senatorial zone, widows, orphans, youth groups, the physically challenged benefit from the benevolence of this gentleman,” Ahmed explained.
The group also noted that the combination of Sen. Uba Sani and Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe as Uba Sani’s running mate is a strategic strike at the political balancing act.
