Following the impactful projects being executed by Governor AbdulRahaman AbdulRasaq in Kwara state, a group under the umbrella of Arewa Solidarity Group (ASG), has said that the achievements of the present administration are visible to all.
The group who disclosed its plan to embark on good governance tour to all the 19 northern states before the elections enjoined other governors in the north to emulate Governor AbdulRasaq on his giant strides in the state.
The leader of the group, Isa Ahmed applauded the governor’s charismatic nature to confront issues that are people’s interest in spite of the political heat from the oppositions in the state.
While commending the governor on his steps towards providing good governance to the people of the state, the group also expressed satisfaction over the completion of the Gbugbu international market in the state.
The group said that the first phase of the project which comprises of 200 open stores and 22 lock-up shops, will in no doubt add value to the economy of the state.
The group further explained that by assessment, no community in thd state has been left unattended to by the present administration in Kwara state.
“It is against this backdrop that we are urging the governor not to derail from executing impactful and people’s oriented projects in the state. We are happy with his style of leadership since his assumption of office,” the tasked the governor.
