Agents of various political parties are already at the Angwar Sarki Collation Centre, Kaduna awaiting the distribution of election materials to the polling units.

Though, at the polling unit where the Governor of Kaduna state, Mallam Nasir El-rufai is expected to cast his vote, the INEC officials are yet to be sighted as at 09:12 am
