. . . Felicitates With Nigerians On Easter Celebration

A northern socio-economic group; Arewa Solidarity Group ( ASG), has commended the Nigerian Governors’ Forum ( NGF ), for its show of love to the victims of the Abuja-Kaduna train attack.
While also congratulating Christians on the occasion of the 2022 Easter celebration.
This contained in a statement issued and signed by the group’s Chairman, Isa Ahmed and made available to Money Central in Kaduna on Sunday.
In the statement, the leader of the group said that Easter season comes with the hope that Nigeria as a nation would definately overcome its current security challenges.
Ahmed urged wealthy individuals, groups, and corporate organisations to consider the plight of Orphans, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), and others to alleviate their hardships, especially that the Easter celebration comes during the period of the holy month of Ramadan.
He therefore call on Christians and Muslims in the country to use the opportunity of the Easter celebration and Ramadan period to seek God’s intervention in the challenges bedeviling the country as a whole.
” Nigerians must intensify prayers as it remain the only weapon we have to fight our problems and for the restoration of Peace, Security and harmony. We also need to repent and make good use of the lessons we are learnt in this prestigious Easter season and Ramadan month”, the group said.
