Jurors in the Sean “Diddy” Combs case told the judge they reached a verdict on sex trafficking and prostitution charges but were divided on a lone racketeering charge.

Both the defense and the government asked Judge Arun Subramanian to tell the 12-person jury to continue deliberating.

The judge indicated he would, saying “I’m not sure we’re at that stage” of asking the jury to deliver a partial verdict.

The jury sent Judge Subramanian a note around 4pm Tuesday, the the second day of deliberations, saying they’d reached a verdict on 4 of the 5 counts but were “unable to reach a verdict” on count 1, racketeering. The sex trafficking and racketeering counts carry a potential life sentence.

The note said there were “unpersuadable” jurors on the racketeering count.
