Blakeney LLP an insider with substantial shareholding at conglomerate UACN has sold shares valued at up to N60 million according to a filing by the firm on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) yesterday.
The insider sold a total of 10 million shares at a price between N6.02 and N6.20 per share, according to the filing.
The dates of the transaction were between April 24th 2020 and April 28th 2020, according to the filing.
Blakeney is registered in England and regulated by the U.K Financial Conduct Authority in the UK and also registered as an investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States.
Blakeney’s clients are mostly blue-chip institutions: U.S. university endowments, foundations, charities and family offices.
