The Federal High Court, Jalingo, Taraba State, on Tuesday nullified the governorship primary election which produced Senator Emmanuel Bwacha as All Progressive Congress, APC governorship flagbearer
Justice Simon Amobeda directed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct a fresh primary in the state within 14 days.
The suit challenging Sen Bwacha’s emergence filed by one of the aspirants, David Sabo Kente.
The judge also ordered Bwacha, Senator representing Taraba South to stop parading himself as APC’s Guber flagbearer and for INEC to stop recognising him as such.Jalingo
In their reacts, counsels for the APC and Bwacha stated that they will study the judgment before taƙing action.
