An All Progressive Congress (APC) governorship aspirant Chief Amos Gizo has said if elected governor of the state, he shall redefine misfortune of the state into reality.
“My aspiration is premise on a 3Rs pillar that will Usher in a new down of hope for the people of Plateau state.”
Chief Gizo stated this Monday in Jos, while brifing news men at the APC party secretariat in Jos, Plateau state when he declared his intention to contest for the governorship seat come 2023 general election.
Gizo said he will redefine, reconstruct and restore the lost glory of Plateau state.
“You will agree with me that the dream, the aspiration, the vision and mission of our founding fathers have been eroded by a lot of factors that grossiy destroyed.”
Gizo explained further that the persistent crisis and insecurity that has bedevilled Plateau state for several years therefore, denied dividend of democracy.
According to the APC aspirant, Plateau state have been yearning for better leadership, and should he elected governor, he shall develop the state for good.
Earlier, leadership of the All Progressive Congress APC in the state, led by it chairman, Hon Rufus Bature, told Gizo and his entourage that APC do not discriminate among contestants, therefore his ambition is welcome.
The Plateau APC chairman urged the aspirant to embark on a peaceful campaign to woe electorates.
