Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen as a perfect replacement for embattled Romelu Lukaku this summer.
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is already eyeing up potential replacements to fill Lukaku position and Osimhen tops the list.
It is understood Napoli forward Victor Osimhen is on Chelsea’s radar, along with Lille’s Jonathan David and Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca.

The report admits there may be a concern over the valuations of the aforementioned trio, who are also targeted by rivals Arsenal.
Osimhen, 23, is an extremely talented youngster that’s already demanding a lot of attention.
As reported by Gazetta, Napoli are demanding a whooping €100million (£86million) to sell Osimhen this summer.
The Nigeria international has scored 28 goals in 62 Napoli appearances since joining two years ago.
Osimhen explained back in 2020 that he grew up watching Chelsea and African legend Didier Drogba as his favourite player.
“I grew up watching Didier Drogba play, he was an example for me. I fell in love with his way of playing and the kind of person he is. From that moment, seeing Drogba play had a major impact on my game and helped me a lot,” Osimhen said.
With Lukaku’s exit imminent, it’ll be interesting to see how Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel views his centre-forward position ahead of the new season.
German duo Kai Havertz and Timo Werner are currently options to play in the No.9 role. Tuchel reportedly plans to check on 20-year-old Blues striker Armando Broja during pre-season, too.
