Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has sent a message of condolence to former President of the Senate, Senator Ken Nnamani over the demise of his wife, Lady (Mrs) Jane Udewo Amaechi Nnamani.

Ortom in the condolence message lamented over the death of Mrs Nnamani who he described as a strong pillar behind the family.

“Your Excellency, I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your beloved wife. On behalf of the government and people of Benue State, I send my heartfelt condolences to you and the entire family. I want you to know that my thoughts are with you during this difficult time.”

A statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Nathaniel Ikyur, quotes governor Ortom as saying, Nnamani’s wife was an incredible person who brought so much joy and love into the family and everyone who came in contact with her.

“Her loss is truly a great one. I cannot even begin to imagine the pain and grief that you and your family must be feeling right now, but please know that you are not alone. We mourn with you.”

The Governor believes that Nnamani’s wife’s memory will live on forever in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her and urged the bereaved family to find comfort in the happy memories shared together with the deceased and in the knowledge that she will always be with them in spirit.

The Governor maintained that his thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family and prayed to God to grant the Nnamani family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
