The Federal Government has appointed 3 pre-shipment inspection agents and 2 monitoring and evaluation agents for non-oil exports in the country.
The agents whose appointments are effective from January 15, 2021 are to operate in specific geopolitical zones.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has vowed that it will be focusing on diaspora remittances and exports in a bid to boost dollar supply into the Nigerian economy.
“We will give more support to export financing,” CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele said.
