President Bola Tinubu will address Nigerians by 7pm today. The President Special Adviser on Special Duties, Communication and Strategy, Dele Alake, disclosed this in a statement on Monday morning.
The statement enjoined all broadcast and other electronic media outlets to link up with the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Radio Nigeria for coverage.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will make a broadcast to the nation on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 7 pm.
“Television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast,” the statement reads.
President Tinubu’s broadcast to the nation is coming at a time when the Organised Labour is threatening to embark on nationwide strike over harsh conditions trailing the removal of fuel subsidy.
President Tinubu recently called out to workers as well as citizens to give him more time to deal with the array of issues facing the country, including those having to do with the economy.
