It is going to be another beautiful weekend of races with the upcoming 2023 F1 Qatar GP and fans must be ready to catch all the actions on DStv SuperSport MotorSport

With five more races to go, Max Verstappen appears poised to clinch his third world title, solidifying his dominance this season with an impressive 13 race wins. This return to Qatar after a break of one week promises excitement.

The track itself, adapted from a MotoGP layout for F1, delivered thrilling racing in the past. However, there are talks of relocating the Qatar GP to a purpose-built F1 circuit in the future. For now, the current track offers promising action, particularly with its extensive start-finish straight.

Verstappen’s championship victory seems almost inevitable, setting him among the elite with a legacy-building achievement. Meanwhile, the battle for the runner-up spot heats up, with Ferrari’s resurgence posing a threat to Mercedes.

This weekend could see Ferrari capitalize on the smooth track surface and long straights, possibly securing another pole position. Be sure to also keep an eye on Charles Leclerc, who could excel in the Ferrari-friendly conditions and even contend for a pole position.

The Qatar Grand Prix follows the standard Formula 1 race weekend format. Practice and a qualifying race will occur on Friday, October 6th at 2:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. respectively, followed by a Shootout and the Sprint on Saturday, October 7th at 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The race will take place on Sunday, October 8th at 6 pm live on DStv SuperSport MotorSport (ch.215)

The action promises not to be non-stop and fans can follow Max Verstappen’s incredible journey on DStv SuperSport Motorsport. (Ch.215).
