Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller has sent former team-mate and Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski a stern warning before their sides meet in the Champions League.

The former Bayern comrades go up against each other at Nou Camp on Wednesday night, and Muller let his old pal know there’ll be no love lost when they lock horns.

Lewandowski forced through a move to Barca in the summer after scoring 344 goals in 375 games for Bayern.

But the prolific Poland international wanted a new challenge and opted to join Xavi’s Barca side in a £42.5m transfer- leaving Muller and Co behind.

Although Lewandowski might be questioning his decision to leave the Allianz Arena with his old side flying high in the Champions League while Barca are on the cusp of elimination.

Bayern have already earned qualification from their group where they sit on top with 12 points from four games. Barca on the other hand need a win tonight to have any chance of reaching the knockout stages.

However, Muller has no intentions of doing Lewandowski’s new club any favours, and plans to put the final nail in their coffin when they collide. Muller, buoyantly announced whilst en route to Spain ahead of the game: “We’re coming!'” with a huge grin etched on his face.
