Nigeria’s Myles Hosten Wins BWB Africa 2023 Boys All-Stars

The 19th edition of the Basketball Without Borders (BWB) Africa camp, held at the American International School of Johannesburg and featuring 80 high-school aged top prospects from across the continent learning from NBA and WNBA current and former coaches and players, came to an end on Monday afternoon.

Following the final games of the four-day camp, veteran NBA coach David Joerger and former NBA player Tacko Fall’s Aces were crowned the BWB Africa 2023 Girls champions while 2018 NBA Coach of the Year Dwane Casey and 2022 NBA champion Jonathan Kuminga’s Pistons were crowned the BWB Africa 2023 Boys champions.

The camp concluded with the awards ceremony, with Egypt’s Aisha Hassan and South Sudan’s Khaman Maluach (NBA Academy Africa) named the Kim Bohuny BWB Africa 2023 Most Valuable Players (MVP). Nigeria’s Myles Hosten was voted to the BWB Africa 2023 Boys All-Stars.
