The award, presented at the prestigious Business Times Award Ceremony, honoured Julius Berger for its outstanding leadership, excellence, innovation and enduring contributions to national development.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Editorial Board of Business Times, Dada Ajai-Ikhile, said the award reflects Julius Berger’s transformational role in shaping Nigeria’s infrastructure landscape and improving the lives of millions of Nigerians.
“This recognition is a monumental achievement and a testament to Julius Berger’s consistency, leadership and the significant impact of its work on the lives of citizens across the country, Ajai-Ikhile stated.
According to the chairman, the Award serves as more than a recognition platform. The Business Times Awards celebrate organizations and individuals who are building the future through excellence, innovation and impact. They inspire others, set industry standards, foster community development and honour the dedication that drives economic and social advancement, he said, while congratulating Julius Berger and other award recipients.
Receiving the award on behalf of the company, Director, Administration, Dr. Abdulaziz Isa Kaita, described Julius Berger’s more than five decades of service to Nigeria as both a privilege and a responsibility.
“For more than five decades, Julius Berger has been privileged to contribute to Nigeria’s development. Across different regions of the country, we have delivered some of Nigeria’s most important and technically challenging infrastructure projects. Each project represents our unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, safety, sustainability and reliability,” Kaita said.
