Anambra State governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, on Saturday visited the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Kanu who is facing trial for alleged treason has been in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) in Abuja since he was rearrested in Kenya last year and brought back to Nigeria.
Details of what was discussed is still not known but it will not be far from how to restore normalcy to Igboland.
Soludo has been preaching peace since he was sworn in as the governor of Anambra State.
