The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO) has announced a Final Dividend of N0.30 per ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval, which will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Tuesday 30th June 2020.
Closure of Registrar
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Wednesday 1st July 2020 to Friday 3rd July 2020.
Payment Date
On Thursday 16th July 2020, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Tuesday 30th June 2020 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
