Kaduna Immigration Boss Mourns DCI Osunde Emmanuel

Comptroller of Immigration Service (CIS), Kaduna state Command, Kila Liman Sani pcc, has expressed sadness over the demise of the Deputy Comptroller of Immigration (DIC), Osunde Emmanuel who died recently.

In a message of condolence made available to newsmen in Kaduna on Wednesday, the CIS observed that the service has lost one of its finest top ranking officers in Kaduna command.

He described the late Osunde Emmanuel as a decent and exceptional immigration officer, whose wealth of experience rubbed off on young officers.

“It is with heavy heart and acceptance to the will of God, that on behalf of the Comptroller of Immigration Service (CIS), Kaduna, Kila Liman Sani pcc and the entire officers and men, we announced the sudden death of Osunde O. Emmanuel, the command 2’c whose sad death occured on Sunday 11th September, 2022.

“The Command is indeed saddened with his sudden death and pray to God for the repose of his soul, and fortitude for the family to bear the irreparable loss.

“May his soul rest in perfect peace,” the condolence message reads.
