Lafia Emirate Council under the leadership of HRH Justice Sidi Bage Muhammad (Rtd) has organise a warmed reception in honour of Emir of Kano HRH Alh. Aminu Ado Bayaro who is on familiarization visit to Lafia Emirate Council.
The event which took place at Aliyu Akwe Doma Banquet Hall Government House Lafia, Thursday night also coincided with the 67th birthday celebration of the Emir of Lafia Justice Sidi Bage Muhammad (Rtd).
The State Governor Engr. Abdullahi Sule was represented at the event by the Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Muhammed Ubandoma Aliyu while Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi was represented by the House Leader Hon. Muhammed Adamu Omadefu.
They celebrated the two Emirs and wished them God’s guidance, protection, wisdom, long life and sound health as they pilot the affairs of the throne of their forefathers.
Traditional rulers and other dignitaries attended the event just as the State cultural troop entertained guests.
