Italian Transfer Market expert Nicolò Schira has urged Nigeria international and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen to decide on his future ahead of the new season.

Schira disclosed this while speaking on Radio Punto Nuovo during the Punto Nuovo Sport Show where he urged the Osimhen forward to either renew his contract or leave Napoli in the summer transfer window.

Osimhen  had a remarkable campaign with Napoli, helping the Partenopei win the Scudetto for the first time in 33 years.

The former Lille forward scored 26 goals to emerge top scorer in Serie A, the first African to achieve the feat.

Several clubs have reportedly been interested in acquiring the signature of the Serie A Striker of the Season with Chelsea, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid all in the race to sign the Nigerian whose contract expires in 2025.

“Bayern overtook United in the race for Kim who got tired of waiting for the Red Devils. Bayern will offer him €7ma year, with an offer higher than that of the English who are also negotiating other defenders.

“As soon as the release clause is available, Bayern will pay it on July 1st and the feeling is that Kim will no longer be a Napoli player. Unfortunately, little can be done with the clauses, Bayern will close a huge blow, sorry to see Kim say goodbye to Serie A after only one year.

“If you keep him, you have to somehow extend his contract, otherwise you’re forced to sell him off. PSG wants him, as do many Premier League clubs. A triple-digit offer must arrive, and if it arrives there is little to resist.

“Napoli has shown that there are no irreplaceable players. Last year everyone was destroyed by the farewell of Koulibaly who today is boiled at Chelsea and is going to play in Arabia.”
