Mexico, who came second behind Canada at the CONCACAF qualifiers have been grouped alongside Saudi Arabia, Argentina and Poland.

The Super Eagles do not have a coach at the moment after Austin Eguavoen stepped down from his position following his failure to help the Super Eagles pick a World Cup ticket.

A rich list of foreign coaches has however been drawn by the NFF.

The Super Eagles are still seen as worthy adversaries by many despite their failure to make it to the Qatar 2022 World Cup as the team possesses quality players performing in top European leagues.

South Americans, Ecuador has also listed the Super Eagles for a June friendly game in preparation for the World Cup.
