UACN Q1, 2026 Earnings Milestones
- Impressive Profit Growth for the first quarter of 2026: UACN’s profit after tax (PAT) surged by 312.08 percent to N13.64 billion in the first three months of 2026, from N3.13 billion as at March 2025. Profit before tax (PBT) followed the same growth trajectory as it spiked by 348.01 percent to N22.58 billion in the period under review from N5.04 billion the previous year.
- Revenue growth validates inorganic strategy:Â The company sales surged by 241.46 percent to N191.22 billion in March 2026 from N56 billion as at March 2025.
- Margin expansion:Â Net profit margin increased to 7.13 percent the period under review from 5.91 percent the previous year. Gross profit margin rose to 28.66 percent in the period under review from 25.44 percent the previous year.
- Strategic acquisition underpins growth: UACN’s acquisition of CHI Limited from The Coca-Cola Company in a deal valued at N182 billion has accelerated its growth agenda and strengthened its portfolio in the food and beverage industry, leveraging CHI’s strong market position.
