Access Holdings Plc, West Africa’s largest financial services group by balance sheet scale, has formally approved its audited interim consolidated and separate financial statements for the half-year period ended June 30, 2026.
In a regulatory filing released to the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) on August 28, 2026, Access Holdings Company Secretary Sunday Ekwochi confirmed that the company’s Board of Directors met on Thursday, August 27, 2026, and considered and approved the half-year results.
However, official publication of the financial results remains contingent upon primary statutory authorization from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
“In line with The Exchange’s Issuers’ Rules, the Company will remain in a Closed Period until 24 hours after the Results are released to the public. Accordingly, no insider and their connected persons may, directly or indirectly, deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period,” Access Holdings said.
