The Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria (SEC) has notified the general public via its official twitter account that it has sealed the Oxford International Group and (2) other companies for unlicensed and alleged illegal investment activities.
The other affected companies are :
- Farmforte Agro Allied Solutions Limited/Agro partnerships and
- Vektr Capital Investment

It will be recalled that SEC has continually sealed similar companies engaging in illegal market activities which are within the purview of its regulation as the SEC says it is committed to its investors protection mandate and also warned that any person dealing with such Companies in any capital market-related business is doing so at his/her own risk.
