DJ Cuppy, Temi Otedola Most Influential Female Handles on Twitter

Nigerian sensational disc jockey and producer Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola popularly known as DJ Cuppy @cuppymusic, and her sister, Temiloluwa Elizabeth Otedola popularly addressed as Temi Otedola @TemiOtedola, the daughters of Nigerian Billionaire Femi Otedola top the chart for most influential female handles on X (formerly called Twitter) for August 2023 according to stats by StatiSense.

The pretty and intelligent DJ Cuppy grew up in Lagos before moving to London at age 13 and has since excelled in her music career.

The 30-year-old Nigerian DJ is ranked first with over 6Million Followers on her official Twitter @cuppymusic, followed by Tiwa Savage with 5.9M Followers, Simi is third with 5.4M Followers on her Twitter handle and Otedola’s second daughter @TemiOtedola, a Nigerian actress and blogger with 3,5M followers is fourth on the log as biggest female influencers in Nigeria.

It is worth noting that Otedola; daughters have more Twitter followers than Nollywood producer Genevieve Nnaji MFR, @GenevieveNnaji1 and 2.7M Followers and several other powerful, rich and influential female Nigerians.

DJ Cuppy is the most decorated female DJ in Nigeria and has won several awards and has performed with top artists around the world.

In February 2021, she partnered with Apple Music to launch their first radio show in Africa. Later in September 2021, Cuppy was announced as one of the cast members for the Channel 4 reality TV show High Life, a show focusing on the careers of British West Africans.

DJ Cuppy has also hosted the Sunday version of BBC Radio 1Xtra’s breakfast show with the Saturday one hosted by Swarzy formerly of Kiss Radio.

Temi Otedola, is a renowned blogger, an aspiring designer, and a Nigerian actor. She studied Art History at University College London and the University of London.

Their Father, Femi Otedola, is the chairman of Geregu Power Plc. With almost 9% of the shares, he is one of the largest holders of FBN stock. The Billionaire is also a non-executive director at First Bank of Nigeria (FBN) Holdings. Femi Otedola is thought to be worth over $1.8 billion.
